Rythm is a platform provided to clients of the Rythm lead generation service. It gives clients visibility of their LinkedIn outreach campaigns, surfaces the tasks they need to act on, and allows them to track progress against their pipeline. Access is by invitation only and is restricted to authorised account holders.
You may use Rythm solely for the business purposes for which access was granted. You must not share your login credentials, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that could cause harm to the platform, its data, or other users.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Rythm monitors login behaviour, device registrations, and geographic access patterns. Unusual activity may result in your account being suspended pending review.
Rythm's workflow relies on a third-party outreach platform that automates the scraping of LinkedIn profiles and the sending of LinkedIn connection requests and messages on behalf of clients.
LinkedIn automation of this kind carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: temporary or permanent restriction of LinkedIn accounts, reduced connection acceptance rates, and potential suspension of LinkedIn profiles used in campaigns.
These risks have been fully disclosed to all clients prior to campaign commencement and accepted by contract. By using Rythm, you acknowledge awareness of these risks as they apply to your engagement.
Rythm is provided on a best-efforts basis. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may temporarily affect availability. The team will aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time if these terms are breached or if your engagement with the Rythm team ends. On termination, your account data may be retained for audit and legal compliance purposes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Rythm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
